What's the process?

Upon receiving your order for website design we calculate the exact price of your project, based on your specifications.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is due on acceptance of our price quotation and must be paid before any work on your project starts. In addition, if a website template is purchased, that purchase must paid for at this stage also. (Note: the template cost is also a non-refundable cost.) Also, a web design contract will be signed at this time that outlines the specifications and price of your website along with some typical legal stuff.

Then we discuss the specific details (like dominating colors, layout, type of images to be used, etc.), work on your draft and proceed with creating the structure and the most optimal navigation of your website. After that we fill your pages with content that you supply us.

Any graphics or photographs that you want used in your website must be provided to us, via email, within seven (7) business days of our initial meeting. You will also be asked to sign a form that says you are the owner of all graphics/photographs supplied to us or have the legal right to use them in your website. Note: Content, graphics or photographs supplied past the seven (7) days specified will incurr an additional fee. If content is not provided to us within (30) days, we have the right to terminate the contract and retain the inital deposit.

Sample pages are then loaded to a temporary site for your review.

We will notify you via e-mail (or phone) when your site is ready to review. You will then have three (3) business days to review your site and notify us of any changes you want. Failing to provide us with your review within this time period is assumed as approval of the website. Additional review time may be allowed for an additional fee. However, if a review is not provided to us within (30) days, we have the right to terminate the contract and retain all deposits. Note: Review changes requested by you should not affect the overall layout of the website.

If you had requested any changes, the changes will then will be made to the sample site and you will be asked again to review the sample site. (with the same time limits as before). At this point only typographical or spelling type errors will be corrected. Any other layout type change will incur and additional fee. (since they should have been requested in the previous review)

You then provide a second non-refundable payment of 50% upon approval of the sample pages.

We finalize the site - we complete the remainder of pages not previously created and make any changes that you requested at the last review. We will notify you via e-mail (or phone) when your site is ready to review.

You will then have three(3) business days to review your competed site and notify us of any changes you want. (Note:Again, modifications at this point should not be anything major - basically only typographical/spelling errors.)

We then make the final revsions to the site and upload to the temporary site area for final review. Failing to provide us with your review within this time period is assumed as approval of the website. Additional review time may be allowed for an additional fee. However, if a review is not provided to us within (30) days, we have the right to terminate the contract and retain all deposits.

Your site goes online after the final non-refundable payment of 25%. We email you the zipped package of HTML pages and images then too.

You get free maintenace* on your site for a period of three (30) days after it goes "live". (*Maximum of 2 hours - no page additions or layout changes)

Your remarks and suggestions are welcome at any stage of the website development!
